Objectives

Our vision will be translated into both financial objectives (related to the financial performance) and strategic objectives (to strengthen market standing, competitiveness and future business prospect).

For strategic success, we will balance between strategic and financial objectives since the financial targets are lagging indicators that reflect the result of past decisions while strategic targets are leading indicators of the company’s future.

Objectives will be planned to be high enough to stretch an organization to perform at its best potential.

Setting objectives for every organizational level by breaking it down into performance targets for each functional and operating area (it is a top-down process that is extended to the lowest organizational level.

The most important objective’s characteristic is to be measurable (what can’t be measured can’t be improved) such a characteristic objective would be translated to a workable plan and act as an effective performance measure.
